June's Senior Cat Rescue
‼️‼️ Help ‼️‼️ We just heard that these three female seniors were surrendered to the Valencia County shelter. They are full but I've been told that these cats are NOT in danger at this time. Still things can change quickly so we would like to get these kitties out soon. All three of these cats are in the same cage so we would need to pull all 3 to make a difference. We need fosters! We can't do this without your help!! We only have room for one so we need a place for two of them.If you would like to foster one or two of these seniors, please call/text 505-220-3528 or email us at junescats@q.com.If you can't foster, please share+Thank you!! ... June's Senior Cat Rescue
If you've been following us, you know we were contacted about 8 declawed, senior cats in Hagerman, NM who needed a new home after their owner died. We can now say all 10 cats (yes two were added at the last minute) were successfully transported to Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe to their new forever homes. This mission never would of happened if it weren't for the generous assistance of Jan Henfling and Boni Galarneau. Jan worked tirelessly to promote the cats and talked to potential adopters until all the cats had a place to go. Boni offered to drive down to Hagerman to pick them all up, and Jan graciously offered to go with her. As you can see from the photos, they had to pack the crates strategically in Boni Galarneau's truck to fit them all in. They also were careful to put cats together who were going to the same home so to ease the transfer to the new owner's carriers. We can't thank everyone enough who donated gas money to help get these kitties to safety. You truly made this rescue a success. In rescue, it takes a village to complete a mission, and this was no different. 💚💚 A special thank you to Mila who drove two of the kitties to Felines & Friends in Santa Fe. Neither Jan or Boni had the energy to continue their road trip to Santa Fe, so Mila offered to drive them. Thank you, Mila!!And thank you to Felines and Friends New Mexico for agreeing to take the two younger cats who we agreed to put on the transport at the last minute. ❤❤😻😻#junesseniorcatrescue#rescuecat#missionaccomplished ...
